We also have one of the most experienced appraisers in the state. Lucien “Skip” Curre has over 30 years of appraisal experience in all types of property East of the Mississippi. He is an NYS Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, and has qualified as an expert witness in Federal, State, and Local Courts. Skip specializes in the preparation of complex appraisals for legal, tax assessment, relocation and mortgage purposes.
